The use of alternative medicine is becoming very widespread. Why might this be so?
It can helped cure currently incurable diseases like AIDS. More and more people can be saved and live longer. However, it might have a negative impact on the people like worsening their condition, scars and even death.
Question:Tell me a time when you suffered from an injury or were in pain.
It happened when i was walking home from school on a rainy day last year. I was almost home when it happened. I had decided to cross a small drain to reach my block faster as it was raining and I did not want to catch a cold. All I had to do was to take a small hop over the drain and I would have reached my block. I missed. And I also slipped on the edge of the drain and had my leg in the drain. But that was not what hurts the most. As I slipped into the drain, my shin sank into the tip of the drain. Blood was oozing out of my shin, I didn't felt any pain at first until I stepped out of the drain and start walking. A sharp pain gripped me then and I grimaced in pain. A nearby neighbour saw my bleeding shin and asked if I was alright and if I needed any help. I smiled and declined her offer as I was reaching home. When I reached home, I called my mother to take me to te clinic to get my wounded shin healed. I was given a antiseptic cream and solution to apply on my wound. At first, I felt like it was stinging me like a bee as I applied the medicine. But afte a month, the wound closed up.
